School of Environment's Annual Photo competition

The School of Environment is once again running its photo competition, following on from the success of last year's inaugural event.
We have always enjoyed displaying photos taken by our staff and students, to adorn our halls and stairwells and publications.
All enrolled students and staff of the School of Environment are invited to enter this competition to highlight the range and diversity of our School activities and research.
This competition runs from 10 April to 24 May 2013.

- one of three $150 prizes (one for each category) OR
- one of six $50 prizes

- Undergraduate handbook cover
- Postgraduate - handbook cover
- Open - capturing what the environment means to you
Some tips for a winning photo
- Capture School course and research activites
- Make it vibrant!
- Photo size: 2Mb minimum jpgs
- Get in close to your subject
- Take a photo-story, documentary style approach
- Capture action, movement or concentration !
- Capture the environments you travel to and your experiences - such as fieldtrips, postgraduate or staff research; course experiences; your local landscape
